International Shipping | Taxes/Duty

All orders have a 48 hours (2 days) processing time before shipment.  This means that if you select 2 day priority shipping service, there is a 2 day processing period before your Priority shipping time starts.  We do our best to get all orders out same day or next, but there are extenuating circumstances where the full 48 hours is needed to process your order for shipment.

International Shipping | Taxes/Duty

International customers may incur local duties, taxes or customs. Every country has different duties, taxes or customs fees, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to investigate your local import laws, and pay any local costs related to importing this item. Shipping quoted DOES NOT include such duties, taxes or customs fees. A refund will NOT be issued if you reject the package due to above mentioned duties, taxes or customs fees.

Returns
We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 14 days of PURCHASE. Any items returned that show use or wear and tear will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processes as soon as your items are received by our warehouse team. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we CANNOT offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will NOT be refunded.  Please see details above.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received you refund after 7 business day, please contact your bank first.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@Lippiebook.com.  Instructions will be provided via email on how to process your exchange.

*NOTE: There are no returns or exchanges allowed on Apparel orders. 


Return Shipping
If you need to RETURN a defective item, please do so within 14 days of your orders shipment date.  Please send  an email at orders@Lippiebook.com.  Instructions will be provided via email on how to process your Return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
